What the interface currently supports
- a skip link that moves keyboard focus to the main content;
- semantic headings, landmarks, navigation labels, lists, and native form controls;
- visible keyboard focus indicators and touch targets sized for easier activation;
- native disclosure elements for frequently asked questions;
- text alternatives for product and editorial artwork;
- responsive layouts that begin at a 320-pixel viewport width;
- light and dark color schemes with an additional high-contrast adjustment; and
- reduced-motion handling that minimizes animation and transition duration.
Motion and three-dimensional content
Motion is an enhancement rather than the only route to core content. Reduced-motion preferences disable or shorten animated behavior. Interactive three-dimensional product presentation has a static product image and text fallback when WebGL, device capability, data preferences, or runtime conditions do not support the scene.
Shopping and service limitations
Cart, wishlist, and comparison data are stored locally in the browser. Checkout, contact, custom quotation, account, and administration operations remain unavailable when their verified external services are not configured. The interface should explain that state rather than announce a false success.
Some complex product configuration and dashboard experiences may require further testing with a wider range of screen readers, speech input, magnification tools, switch devices, and browser combinations before production release.
Keyboard use
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through interactive controls, Enter or Space to activate controls, and Escape to close supported menus or dialogs. The main navigation, product controls, disclosures, forms, and theme menu are intended to be operable without a pointer.
Feedback and assistance
If a barrier prevents you from finding product information or completing a task, use thecontact page and select an accessibility subject. Describe the page, the task, the assistive technology or browser in use, and the format or assistance you need. Do not include passwords or payment card details.
A message can be treated as received only when the contact provider is configured and the page confirms a verified response. Until then, the contact experience will state that it is unavailable.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is reviewed alongside route changes, responsive behavior, keyboard interaction, contrast, loading and error states, and reduced-motion support. This statement will be updated when implemented behavior or known limitations change.
