We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, request a quotation, save a product, contact our team, or upload a design for custom furniture. This may include your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, account credentials, order history, design preferences, and the files or messages you submit.
Payments are processed by specialist payment providers. We receive transaction status and limited payment details, such as card type and the final digits, but we do not store full card numbers.
When you use our digital services, we may also collect device and usage information, including browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, viewed pages, search activity, referral information, and diagnostic events needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

- prevent fraud, protect accounts, and maintain service security;
- measure and improve our products, stores, website, and communications; and
- meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Where required, we rely on your consent. In other cases, we process information to perform a contract with you, comply with law, or pursue legitimate interests that do not override your rights.
When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably necessary with trusted providers that support payment processing, fraud prevention, delivery, hosting, analytics, customer care, email, and furniture production. These providers are required to protect information and use it only for the services they perform for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or our services, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not disclose sensitive design uploads publicly unless you explicitly ask us to do so.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential technologies keep your session, cart, checkout, security preferences, and accessibility settings working. With permission where required, optional technologies help us understand performance and improve the shopping experience. You can manage optional choices through the controls made available on the site and through your browser settings.
Retention and security
We retain information for only as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, including fulfilment, warranties, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal record keeping. Retention periods vary by information type and applicable law. When information is no longer required, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is completely risk-free, so we continually review our controls and encourage you to use a unique password and protect access to your devices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You can update many account details directly in your profile and unsubscribe from marketing through the link in each message.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
